Cramps across back: If you are pregnant seek medical attention today. Could be clot in lungs which is medical emergency, could be related to pregnancy, labor or abruption depending on stage,month. Alternatively could be musculoskeletal or infection like mycoplasma that can cause pulmonary and muscular symptoms with costochondritis. May even be gallbladder. gastric or kidney infection. F/U with ER/doctor today
