How do i know if the abdominal pain of my son is significant enough to rush him to urgent care or er?

Abdominal Pain: Worrisome symptoms are associated fever, vomiting, diarrhea and pain with movement. If he has none of these symptoms and can jump up and down without pain, he is likely find. If not, or if he had any of the other symptoms have him seen. Also if he localized pain away from the umbilicus and in the right lower abdomen it may be appendicitis.
