Partial hyst.?: I am not sure what you mean by partial hysterectomy? If the uterus was removed with the cervix, then there is no chance to be pregnant. If the cervix was left, ectopic pregnancy is possible through sperm escaping into the pelvic cavity and entering a failed tubal ligation. This is highly unlikely but can occur with residual cervical stump + residual uterine tissue.

Not pregnant: If you had your uterus removed (hysterectomy) you can't get pregnant. If you just had your tubes tied, then you could get pregnant, though unlikely. With the pregnancy test being negative, you are not pregnant. You may need to see your PCP to see why you are having the nausea.
