Healthy lifestyle: She should not be "dieting" or losing weight at this age. She is still growing and losing weight on purpose could stunt her growth. She should try to make healthy changes in her life like eating more fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water. avoid fried/fatty foods and try to exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 times a week. Even if she gains a little weight she will thin out due to getting tall
