Diet: The best diet you can do is to just eat a healthy diet. Stop sugar beverages, cut out junk food and watch your carbs. Increase your activity level. If this isn't enough, talk to your doctor, and get some information on other diet plans. Also, it's a good idea to make sure 26lbs isn't too much to lose, for a healthy weight.
