Good diet and rest: i think you mean a vitamin for hair skin and nails. These will include B vitamins, vitamin C and some minerals eg zinc. They can help toward restoring body nutrients but the best is earting a well balanced diet, chewing slowly and completely for maximum digestion and absorption, enough rest and sleep and stress reduction eg mindfulness and meditation, tai chi, breathing exercises etc. Best wishes
