Yes: I get 13.3 weeks for 2.4 cm BPD(see image). This is normal.
The location of the placenta is only a concern if it covers the cervical opening. Your OB would want to know that it is anterior if a C-section is needed so he should be careful at the time of operation.
The heart rate is normal.
http://www.baby2see.com/medical/charts.html. You can put the BPD in mm. It will give the age.
