A member asked:

What is a paracentral/forminal disc- oestepyhte complex ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See answer details: Osteophyte=abnormal bone growth usually seen in arthritis conditions. When they occur together, they are called a D-O complex. If DOC extends into area of the nerve coming out of the spine (forminal), it could press on a nerve. Note the finding is often seen in people with no symptoms. http://blog.medivisuals.com/blogmedivisualscom/bid/78054/Disc-Osteophyte-Complex-Explained
