Does winter cause sinuses to play up more? heavy/pressure in top of nose & nose always feels like ice waiting on sinus x-ray 2nd jan

Cold weather can: Just the effects of the cold weather can cause runny nose and sinus problems. However, it is also a time when your resistance is lowered and viruses can be spread. As long as you are not in pain, it is only 2 days away for your x-rays. I suggest an old fashioned remedy which is to breath steam from a pot of water. Becareful not to burn yourself. This is what I use.
