CREATININE. rise: This is unusual. And warrants concern. Either you became significantly dehydrated, or a med you took assaulted your kidneys, or the infecting organism stimulated an inflammatory attack on your kidneys. Be checked. Urine and blood tests are needed. Stop otc meds. No NSAIDS. Drink 2 liters per day.
