Units are important: What units is the creatinine reported in? In the us we most frequently see mg/dl while in more sophisticated countries mmol/liter is preferred. This is important.

Serum creatinine: You probably have no reason to worry. To find out your exact renal function, have a 24 hour urine collected for creatinine clearance and protein. If you have any renal impairment, the 24 hour urine will disclose it. Good luck.
