Build muscle: Not clear how you lost so much weight. If you had bariatric surgery, it's important to see your doctor and check for deficiencies in vitamins, particularly vitamin D. I'm worried you have lost muscle mass, particularly in the gluteals, which is not healthy. Be sure to eat a balanced diet with ample protein, essential fats, and low in processed carbohydrates. Add resistance or weight training.
