Cyst: This may be an infected pilonidal cyst. I recommend that you be examined by a surgeon. In the meantime apply warm compresses until you're examined.

? pilonidal cyst: It sounds like you have a pilonidal cyst. These are usually infected and have to be opened and drained. You need to see your doctor who can do an incision and drainage under sterile technique. After that they will usually heal in a few days. It it keeps coming back it might require surgery.
