Diet: Unfortunately for most of us weight gain or loss is simple math. If we take in more calories than we use we gain weight, and to lose weight we have to take in less or use more. If you are very overweight your metabolism slows down even more so it is harder to lose. Get your thyroid checked just to make sure it isn't a cause.
