So while it can be a simple as anxiety, it could be a cardiac symptom which needs further evaluation. This is something to follow up with medically.

No: No- first the underlying cause of your pectus needs to be evaluated. Once any underlying causes are treated then a plastic and thoracic surgeon can correct the deformity.
