Take care of it: You do have Hypertension and needs to be worked up and treated. You may start with internist or primary care doctor and they probably will be able to control it. If you do not have insurance you may be able to find low pay or free clinics in your community. You have to do this SOON and follow their advise. Low sodium diet, weight loss and exercise will help but you do need medication NOW.
