Lymph node or Cyst?: While yes, it could be a lymph node...it could also be an ingrown hair or simple cyst. Your primary care doctor should be able to evaluate and decide whether incision and drainage is best.

Ok if not enlarging: or tender. Acne or localized infection will often cause a lymph node to enlarge and may stay mildly enlarged for some time without cause for worry, but I would prefer that you have an exam with your doctor before I can give you "all clear."
