140/90: A normal average diastolic # (lower #) at rest is 90 or less. When you simply stand up, the diastolic pressure rises and that's normal & healthy. Measure your BP after 10-15 minutes of complete rest, seated, arm at heart level. If the average is>90, inform your family doctor. Hypertension is not an indication of heart damage but will cause heart damage over time if untreated.
