Ive read online that there is a 17 fold increase of heart failure in adults born on the 28th week. i was born on the 28th week so does this mean i have a high chance of heart failure? im 18 at the moment?

You keep asking questions that indicate fear of serious health consequences of being born prematurely. As previously answered, the chance probably is low if you are outwardly well. If you had a heart problem from prematurity, it would have been uncovered during routine care in childhood. You'll never have conclusive answers except through direct care by a physician. Discuss w/ your doctor(s).
