May boost fertility: I have found no evidence at all that Black Cumin seeds prevent pregnancy, in fact I have found many claims that it has been proven to improve fertility. One study I found shows it increases sperm production in rats but another showed it decreased sperm production in rats, so your partner should use it with caution. There is no reason for you to avoid it if you are trying to conceive.
