Not an abortion: there is no such thing as abortion at seven months pregnancy, this is a viable pregnancy, unless the baby is dead inside your uterus,

No: Legally and ethically no, but it is technically possible to destroy the baby fetus. In reality, it's too late to consider doing an abortion in the third trimester. Major birth defects should be found as early as possible, so that parents can consider aborting their baby in the first trimester or early in the second trimester. In the third trimester, the baby gets delivered. Talk with one's doctor.
