A member asked:

Can serotonin syndrome cause migraines? can it cause migraine aura? can psuedoephedrine overdose induce it>?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: confusion, headache not migraines, muscle twitching, agitation, dilated pupils, changes in your bp and temperature, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, shivering, heavy sweating are all possible symptoms for serotonin syndrome. It is commonly caused by interactions between an antidepressant that is an SSRI or SNRI and another medication that effects serotonin--ex. Cough med or pain med etc not sudafed
