Many causes: If you have negative pregnancy tests it is very unlikely that you are pregnant. It depends on which symptoms of pregnancy you are having what might be the cause. The heavy bleeding and the pain are suggestive of a possible infection. I'd suggest that you see your primary care provider or gynecologist for a fuller history and any needed testing. Hope this helps and you feel better fast.
