I did a home pregnancy test and it came out negative but a fine line and that night i got heavy cramps and backache till 12 the i started bleeding but not like my normal period and its the seconda day bleeding but its light can i still be pregnant?

Pregnant ?: A negative pregnancy test followed by heavy cramps with bleeding may indicate an early miscarriage. First pregnancies often end in early miscarriage, but to be certain, obtain a serum HCG test , which is very accurate. If cramps and bleeding persist, see your gyn physician for an exam and other testing.
