Mold on turkey: You will probably survive to eat turkey another day. Leaving turkey out and eating it with salmonella on it is much worse. There are cheeses with mold like blue cheese. Penicillin is mold. If you experience nausea, diarrhea, wheezing, or breathing problems, seek help. http://www.fsis.usda.gov/wps/portal/fsis/topics/food-safety-education/get-answers/food-safety-fact-sheets/safe-food-handling/molds-on-food-are-they-dangerous_/
