No: Lymphatic drainage for the lower back is around the side to the groin, or internally to nodes at the back of the abdomen. Also the spine joins the pelvis at the sacrum. The spinal cord is inside the vertebrae, can't be felt, and ends a little higher up the back. Your lumps might be fibromas or something else. Have your primary care provider examine them.

No palpable nodes in: Not all lumps are caused by enlarged lymph nodes. So if the lump/s is larger than 1CM and if it is growing in size over 1-2 months, you should have it checked out by your doctors who may elect to remove it, unless it is benign tumor like Lipoma. Enlarged Lymph nodes are only present in the groins, armpits and in the neck areas, rest of them are located deeply inside the body and not accessible
