If i am thin can i feel an enlarged iliac lymph node? i feel a lump in abdomen in between belly button and hip bone. i do not feel it on other side.

No: even if you are thin iliac nodes are not palpable. Too deep. Inguinal nodes can be easily palpated- that's in the groin. Also, there other causes for bumps in the belly. Depends which side and location. You could feel enlarged ovarian cyst if you are really skinny. Can feel your own colon on left side - especially if full of poop, and so on.
