See doctor: Since you are 10 yrs old you should see a pediatrician regarding this. It Is possible this may be related to heartburn or inflammation in the chest wall, but you would need a physical exam to determine this.

Chest pain: Chest pain in a pediatric age group could be muscular, esophageal irritation and definitely need to be excluded for congenital heart disease. Anxiety always in the differential diagnosis. I recommend to see your Pediatrician.
