I had a stomach virus 2 days ago , i'm not sure if it's gone or not but my chest hurts really bad. it feels like its getting tighter and it hurts so much . even when i'm sleep the pain is so bad it wakes me up?

Few reasons: A couple of possibilities. This is not common but the virus could be affecting your lungs with causing lung infection or pneumonia or it could be causing inflammation of the lung lining. Would recommend getting it evaluated further soone specially if having trouble breathing or associated with cough and fever.
