Migraines: Been dealing with migraines all my life. There are different tips and tricks for this. Triptans are excellent medications, from experience Rizatriptan seems to be the best. Prophylactic Propranolol workes great to avoid getting them as well as Topomax. DIET is crucial. you neet to start a journal and identify which foods predispose you to them. Last tip. 800mg of Ibuprofen + 1gr of tylenol (acetaminophen) also
