Headache: Headaches occur for a variety of reasons, many not too serious, including dehydration. Spend 20-30 minutes focusing on your breathing to relax yourself even further. Drink some fluids such as water. If that does not help, then try some Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen as directed on the bottle. If these things do not improve your headache or it worsens, then consult a medical provider.
