Anytime my son under 1y doesn't obey my husband beats him on legs, bottom.he said baby doesn't feel paint.he said there is no way to discipline.

Discipline: Children this age do not have the developmental ability to obey. They might temporarily understand "no" and follow instructions such as "give me", but there is no malice or forethought. Babies feel pain from day #1 and there is scientific evidence to prove. There are many parenting classes and resources available to help understand your baby's development and abilities.

Needs help: Infants and toddlers are not little adults. Your husband appears to be ignorant f babies level of understanding or passing on the harsh beatings he remembers as a kid. If I were to hear this story in my office I would be required by Texas law to report him to Child and Family Services and he might get a ride to jail. Talk with your doc.Dad has work to do.
