Small modification: I'll suggest that you not ask for the specific action but rather that you describe the situation in detail. Then let the 'expert' decide the course of action. It might be a switch to another drug or treatment approach. More is not always better - it's not simple arithmetic. Adding CBT therapy optimizes medication efx in all research. That's a healthier choice than more dosage. Talk to your Dr.
