See a doctor: still confused about the fact that you are having a chill to the part of the head could be a sort of migraine headaches my advice is to see a doctor

Unilateral chills: Chills are usually connected with fever and often infectious disease. One side of the head is unusual, though. it is possible it is an unusual form of paresthesias. Drink plenty of water and rest. See your physician for a thorough neurological exam ASAP. Some migraines can have this manifestation.
