A member asked:

Rhuematogist tested me for antiphosphoid lipid syndrome came back positive on fort test will be getting another soon 12 weeks apart what ate symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Symptoms vary: Positive anti phospholipids can be seen in patient's with no complaints. In women, they may play a role in recurrent miscarriages. They also can be associated with blood clots in the veins ( legs and lungs) and less common in the arteries. Most patients have low levels of anti-phospholipids and have no symptoms. Agree with a recheck since certain labs may not have the best standardized tests
