Upper back pain for about a year now. kyphosis and 4 bulging disc in my neck and bad posture. is this most likely the reason of my pain? I'm only 19
19 yr old female with bulging disk at C7-T1 and cervical kyphosis. Constant headache and muscle tension on back of neck to shoulder blades. Pain after fall w/dog. PT says posture was continuing pain. Been in PT for months, little-no lasting relief.
