Kyphosis: Palliative pain care, activity modification and tolerence yield . the most predictable positve outcomes. indication for surgical correction of kyphosis is over 60 degrees which is a huge curve, unpredictable pain reliever done to prevent progressive deformity not pain, the other changes can be related to the scheurermans disease (old news) they are not degenerative changes
