Not much If...: If you know you are NOT pregnant, if you have not taken any "hormonal treatment", if you are otherwise a healthy woman, have had a recent normal Gyn exam and feel well, there is little cause for alarm. A pregnancy test may still be useful if you are having sexual intercourse. The change in your menstrual periods may be transient unless you develop an endocrine disorder or other health problems.
