Mid-cyle calculation: The 1st day of one period to the first day of the next is your cycle length. Find the avg. Midpoint, day 15-16 and add 3 days and subtract 3 days and you have a fertile week. Try to have sex every other day during this fertile week and that should be your best chance to get pregnant.The fact that the cycle varies each month is normal as longas it is 26-35 days.
