Time to see the MD: Even though your symptoms could be controlled with proton pump inhibitors like Omperazole, or other histamine 2 blockers it is important to get checked. 10 yrs of reflux and gastritis could predispose you to barrets esophagus which can lead to malignancy if not taken care of.
