Urinary infection: The classic infection that results in a high number of Leukocytes in the urine but no bacteria is urethritis due to Chlamydia. But there are other causes such as a low-colony count urinary tract infection (Staph Saprophyticus for example) or other sexually transmitted infection such as Gonorrhea. Certainly, the high Leukocyte count indicates some kind of infection. Best wishes!
