Costochrondritis: Sounds like inflammation of the cartilages joining your ribs in the front where they attach to your breast bone (sternum) If so it will be VERY tender at these points and ICE will help Hope this helps Dr Z I am assuming you are in good health since at your age heart/lung problems are RARE
