Tricky: without an exam, I can only give general information, and feeling warm is often the first sign of an infection. Pain is often the sign of an infection at, near, inside the lung. BUT there would be other signs like cough, change in breathing, coughing up purulence. Small symptoms occur more frequently than large ones. If one notices very small symptoms there will be many noticed w/out diseases.
