No: 7 month olds are active and busy. Have his complete blood count checked, along with his iron stores. All the best.

Baby: It likely has nothing to do with the change in eating, unless feeding less often now that formula feeding bc that doesn't go thru you as quick as breastmilk. Can be tired from multiple reasons, potentially getting sick, growth spurt, etc.
