My husband has been sick for. a while he has pain on his left side feels really bad. he has no apptite, and he coughs and gets cold chills and sweaty ?

Needs treatment.: Needs to go to ER or urgicenter. If this is mostly a lung probblem with cough and fever as well as pain then he needs to be evaluated. If the pain is mostly in the chest on the left side then this is suggestive of pneumonia. See a doctor as soon as possible.
