Hip pain: Most likely still is a muscle or tendon issue in your hip, especially if it hurts with movement in the hip. Bursitis is another possibility. Outside of the hip, it may be referred pain from a back issue or possibly a problem in your abdomen like an ovarian cyst depending on where in your hip you hurt. I would try some ibuprofen is able to and see if that helps to start and see a doctor.
