Chilblains: Excellent input from Dr. Smith. Clobeta GM cream is a corticosteriod used to treat a variety of skin conditions. In addition to the recommendations made by Dr. Smith- one more option to treat (not prevent) Chilblains is heather. A warm poultice made from the flowering tips of Heather (Calluna vulgaris) is a traditional treatment for chilblains.
