Abdominal pain: The differential diagnosis for the upper abdominal pain could be a long list from pathology involving abdominal wall, down to every organ in that area like, stomach, pancreas, lymphnodes in that area, blood vessels and many more. So need a detailed history to narrow down the diagnosis.
