These symptoms could be irritable bowel syndrome, except for the weight loss. You need to see a doctor about this. Possibilities include problems with absorption of nutrients (malabsorption syndrome); lactose intolerance, especially if your meals usually contain dairy products; or inflammatory bowel disease, especially Crohn's disease. Having the urge to have a bowel movement after Eating is quite common, although it usually does not end up resulting in severe weight loss. If this does not respond to increase in the amount of fiber in your diet, you should see your doctor or a gastroenterologist for evaluation.
