Spine pathology: Is typically not associated with abdominal pain (rather, lumbar spine pathology more typically can cause radiating pains into the legs). Based on your description, it sounds like the abdominal pain is the predominant complaint, therefore i suspect that you have abdominal pathology which may be causing your back pain. I would definitely recommend that you see a physician for evaluation.
