No: Your serum bilirubin is presumably in the normal range, and there's no point trying to figure out why it's a bit up one day and down the next. The decrease in red cells recycled is negligible because you're actually making more of them as replacements. Your SGOT/AST and SGPT/ALT will return to normal if they are up as you recover from this illness. Be glad -- this is the easiest killer to manage.
